Through WorldatWork, a national organization dedicated to excellence in the field of compensation, benefits, work-life and total rewards education and information, we offer courses necessary to obtain certification as compensation, benefits and total rewards professionals.

Membership in the Association is on an individual basis, as distinguished from company or group membership and is open to individuals engaged in one or more activities in the field of compensation or human resources. Membership is also open to other interested professionals or students as determined by the MSCA Board of Directors.  Membership dues are payable March 1st each year and are in effect until the end of February of the following year. Dues are $75.00 per person and $65.00 for additional members within the same company.

1.       Please enter all information accurately as it is used to prepare the annual Membership Directory.

2.       Please list certifications and check the applicable experience codes.

3.       Please arrange to pay your membership dues promptly. MSCA membership dues are based on a calendar year basis (March-February) and are $75 per person and $65 for additional members within the same company.
